Max delivers full-on classy dance music filtering the very essence of what makes a crowd move. “Baila Resista” is made for peak time use. The arpeggiator tells us to rock our itchy feet - we will never stop living this way. “Jupiter Hymn” is an elegant piece of modern synth house music. Colour Negatives collects three brand new tracks from the Digitalo founder. The late night rave funk session of “Fujicolor Pro 400H” spikes and spins on beams of concentrated energy. Those same infectious hooks dawn into the flip. “Agfachrome RSX II” is bright, clean and joy filled; Skatebård delivering pure goodness to nurture any bodies beginning to flag. Paranoia and the break of day enters with “Kodak Portra 800”, a minimal two stepping demon that cuts like vinegar. Shape shifting synthesizer sounds from an artist who simply ignores genres.

Following on from Mytron & Ofofo's excellent 'Topography' EP, the fifth release on @les-yeux-orange comes courtesy of Rennes producer Ringard! The 'Lacrima Rossa' 12" is his first release outside of his own @dancearound88 imprint, on which he's put out eight records so far.

We're premiering 'MSH', a seriously impressive cut that mixes the soul of deep house with the chassis of warehouse techno. It does a lot with very little, and that floating synth line ends up becoming surprisingly emotional.

Spencer Parker returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids with ‘The Theme’ EP, the DJ/Producer’s most distinctive single to date.
Comprising three originals and a remix from Pink Concrete, ‘The Theme’ EP sees the Berlin-based Brit known for blending house, disco and techno delve further into his ‘80s new wave influences hinted at in his recent ‘The Love And Sex’ EP for HE.SHE.THEY.
First track ‘Theme’ is Parker at his most musical. With simple piano licks, digital strings and soaring choral swells, this is an anthemic piece that oozes class. ‘Radio Waves (After Dark)’ sees staccato synth leads play off a pulsing bass while the titular vocal sample and aesthetic recall some of Parker’s work under his lauded It’s Not Over pseudonym. Closing the originals is the arpeggio driven ‘The Work Out’, an undulating late-night cut displaying Parker’s penchant for high energy arrangements.
Prague’s Pink Concrete rounds out the EP with a driven but melodic techno interpretation of ‘Theme’.
