'Spells' is an intimate and heartfelt piano piece for your Sunday mornings and rainy days, with touches of other orchestral and organic elements. It’s an emotion evoking song, inspired by nature’s ever-changing shapes and forms, its infinite beauty and the ‘spells’ that it can cast on us.
The artwork is a picture I took in the beautiful Mount Aspiring (Tititea) National Park in South Island almost two years ago and it illustrates quite well what this song means to me.
