It all started 8 years ago with one small speaker on the hill under the stars and a few people dancing on Acid Friday. Since then year after year, we have been evolving, dreaming big and working hard to deliver a full experience of light installations and the finest electronic music. This year building the Loophole as one of the top dancefloors at Nowhere Regional Burn. The sunrise is a very special moment, a community gathering, after an intense night of 5h of rain, we did NOT stop the music despite the heavy thunderstorm, but we finally made it to the sunrise. Big thanks to so many people that came and danced to the special songs and unique remixes selected on the fly for the special occasion. We had so much fun with the always funny Ghostbusters and other B&T classics at the end. So much smiles, love and unity. Special thanks to all the members of Bread & Tomato camp who helped on the build of the Loophole and helped for the 5 long nights of DJ programming from sunset to sunrise.

ALEX SEVILLA - Nowhere 24 - Tuesday 5:30AM set at the Loophole

It was all a wild dream with the Falkor ArtCar (Never Ending Story) included on it. The toughest NW so far, after 9 years on the Playa, the weather conditions this year were extreme, what we call a real Burn. (rainstorms, sandstorms, and more rain!) This is Deif's Sunset Acid Friday set along with the master Alfonzillo playing live violin over it. Actually when we started playing we could see all the lightning coming, and then suddenly the Flakor Dragon rides inside the Loophole and Deif plays the 'Never Ending Story' theme song, and after playing some more downtempo tunes the wind and rain started and we did not stop the music. The music went in sync to the weather and Deif ended up playing rain themed songs. It was fuckin wild. A group of brave Tomato sailors holded a plastic tarp, arms up, for around 5h straight! and people were dancing under the rain like if it was the end of the world. We guess it is for these priceless moments is what we do this right...??? Thanks for the people who came to dance in the Loophole and all the volunteers that made NW possible. We love the Playa, and we love you!

Being part of this magical Family called "Bread & Tomato" is one of the most emotional thing that happened in my life. Since 2016 we are part of the Nowhere Playa Nobodies and we love to share energy, love and music with the beautiful creatures from all around The Cosmos.

2024 Acid Friday Set it has been one of the most craziest, epic and unforgettable experiences ever. Playing under the tarp holded by the Brutal Tomato Pirates of da Playa.....everybody dancing and screaming under the storm....unbelivable.....Deif, Alex Sevilla, Stimulii.....and the whole cariñitos for this ethernal day.....BRUTAL!!!!

Introducing K-LOOP just second set ever. Marc is learning the skills with his immese love for electronic music and a lot of knowledge of the scene.

We co-created a small Urban Burn exhibition with 3 art installations from local artists, live music, 6 DJ sets in the old factory museum TREPAT in Tàrrega, (1h west from Barcelona) in Catalonia. Promoting and expanding the Burning Man Culture, philosophy and principles to the local communities. The Book 'LOOPHOLE a dream come true' by Josep Giribet was also presented, with more than 200 pages of pictures, texts explaining the experience of bringing art to Burning Man. Around 1000 curious locals of all ages showed up and enjoyed and learned about the art, the music and the BM culture. Local Foodtrucks with local wine, food and drinks provided fuel to this fantastic event.

It's so difficult to put this into words. What to say about the most brutal night of the year. 'Acid Friday' is so special, so intense. I had prepared a folder of songs about the inner self, soft deep Playa tunes, songs about the sunrise and finally the rain (yes the rain was prepared!) Playing on the PLAYA with such a massive professional line array SOUND SYSTEM by my friend Èric and the DREAMCATHER is like a 'once in a life' experience for both the dance floor and the DJ. Around 20 minutes before 7AM the sun raised with London Grammar's 'Hey Now' song, and then dark clouds appeared behind the Dreamcatcher forming a full Rainbow, there were people on tears trying to understand what was happening. Brutal. As the creator of the Dreamcatcher and the concept of this Playa stage along with the Bread & Tomato barrio help, I would like to express the immense gratitude and gratefulness of sharing this unique and special moment forever, with all the people who were there that morning and the rest listening right now. Let the music and love guide us in this brutal journey called life. Moltes gràcies. Deif.
