Club Glow are back with another instalment of our cassette series and this time we’ve enlisted some outside help

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to AK Sports & Kessler who both provide an amazing array of sonics for the label. We’ve been fans of theirs for ages and its been a great pleasure to work with them on this project. They've pushed themselves out of their comfort zones to deliver something we think is truly outstanding.

On the A side AK Sports kicks off with her signature infusion of 4x4 kicks, Movie Samples and aggy breakbeats. Earworms a plenty!

On the flip, Kessler charges ahead with true breakbeat wizardry, fluttering through the BPMs with such ease, his sides packed with Jungle, Electro and that 130 goodness.

If you’ve locked into our radio show or live streams over the last 12 months you will no doubt have heard some of these already.

All this packaged up in a Bright Orange cassette tape with an A5 Rave flyer, all tape orders come with the digital album free including mixes of both sides and the first 25 orders get an exclusive Club Glow lanyard

Brighton-based producer @tamlinspeaks brings his Bitter Fruit EP to Scuffed Recordings, showing his broad approach to production across four varied tracks.

Although the EP is Tamlin’s debut on Scuffed under this alias, he has previously appeared as part of the duo Heritage, whose releases have included some of the most defining tracks on the label. In comparison to the high-energy breaks and bass-led production of Heritage, the Tamlin alias shows a more introspective sound - spanning melodic electronics, broken techno, hybrid dancehall, and soaring breakbeats.

Opener ‘Bitter Fruit’ - focussed around a hypnotic marimba melody - was debuted by label owners Wager and Ian DPM on Rinse FM back in 2020 and has been the subject of countless track ID requests since.
