KID DIGITAL REMIX CONTEST! 

10 years ago, one of the world's most beloved breakbeat musicians modestly released a cool track - Beat to the Breaker. But the release by Kid Digital seemed to have passed unnoticed, it is not on the main music venues and no Shazam knows about it. 

We decided to correct the injustice, re-release the single according to all canons and give noise to the track by organizing a remix competition with a cool jury team. 

📌 Competition conditions 

- Remix-pack is available at the link: http://bbz.ru/promo/kid_digital/Kid_Digital_&_Mr_Reload_-_Beat_To_The_Breaker_(Remix_Pack).rar
- Remixes must be sent to promo@bbz.ru or Instagram @breakbeatzone as a link to download a file (mp3 320 kbps or wav). 
- It is necessary to write your nickname, email and social networks, adding a few words about yourself if you wish. 
- All works are accepted until November 1, 2020 inclusive. 
- Remix fragments of no more than 60 seconds are allowed to be published on the Internet, the full version of the remix must be exclusive. 

🎁 Prizes 

- The winner of the competition will receive $ 222 or an exclusive gift from Sergey Kabakov. 
- At least three best remixes, according to the jury, will be included in the release and will be released before the end of 2020. 
- Previews of all works will be published on our social networks, mentioning the social networks of the authors of the works. 

👑 Jury 

- The international jury will determine the winner and laureates of the competition: 
Kid Digital, Freestylers, Future Funk Squad, Rasco, Beta, Davip, BaseFace, Michael Voinov, Ra Djan, ElectroGorilla.

⚡ This work was sent the next day after the announcement of the competition. For a whole month, no one managed to make a more hit remix, and Kid Digital himself decided that this is how the reworking of his original track should sound!

🥇Michael Sowards is a native of sunny Florida. Recently, he often shines in the tops, charts and in sets of DJs of various calibers. This remix, for example, sounded in the last episode of the Lady Waks radioshow. Mike also admins Ravesta Records, so the man had already gained respect before this victory. :)
In addition to the respect and release on BBZ, Mr. Sowards receives 222 native dollars from us and another 100 of the same dollars from the opposite coast from Mr. Kabakov.

Kid Digital, Mr Reload - Beat to the Breaker (OnDaMiKe remix) [preview]

Mike Presley BIO:

A true Central Florida original, Mike Presley, came onto the scene in 1991. Mike worked as the manager of Daytona Beach's staple record store Atlantic Sounds. Through this position, local radio station 99.9 FM offered the opportunity to develop a radio show known as "Alternative Frequency". 

Alternative Frequency started to buzz, and local nightclub Coliseum decided to sponsor the show, offering Mike residency.  A decision was made after three years, to leave Atlantic Sounds and dedicate more time to the nightlife and the sounds of the underground.  With experience under his belt, and two partners with similar interests, Mike opened his first nightclub - Madhouse.  As resident DJ, Mike worked with various artists: Kimball Collins, Chris Fortier, D-Xtreme, Rich Rosario, D-Love, Stylus, and AK1200 to name a few.  One year later the group decided to open an additional short lived nightclub known as 3D.

Broadening his horizon, Mike began playing to the Orlando crowd as resident at Ultraviolet and winning two DJ contests in the Central Florida area.  He later moved to the Midwest, and began playing areas in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis and Denver.

After a 18 year hiatus, Mike has recently found himself back in the scene DJ'ing events and creating music.  The past genres of music played included a mix of trance, progressive house and break beat.  Mike's current focus (DJ/artist) is primarily breaks, with new original material being worked on and set to be released in early Spring 2021.
