Influenced by the fusion of eighties hip hop and nineties house I wanted to make a upbeat deep sound.
This grew into a really great sound and reminds me of the old days when I was a little younger dancing at all nighters.

Let The Rhythm

Influenced by my love of playing the piano I wanted to make a simple deep beat to capture this great sounding instrument.
Building and growing the beat and using soft sympathizers was quite an organic process and fun to do.
This time I experimented on voice recording inspired by an old obscure record I have in my collection.

Shoot the Player

Influenced by my love of playing my classical guitar which I studied throughout my teens I wanted to create a fusion of electronic and classical guitar.
It was fun recording and growing the tune with beats and soft sympathizers to come out with a fun sound.

Save The Romance

Here is a few tracks I dug out of the archive that I produced around the noughties when I was experimenting with Cubase in my flat in the midlands of the UK. Having a sort out I realised that there is something about going back and looking at the work you have produced in the earlier days. These I thought were really never quite finished and certainly could be more engineered. I see now that it does not really matter as it makes it all that more raw an fun to listen to. Have now started back creating at long last but adding Native instruments Maschine Groovebox and a Nord Electro 6 keyboard with a Roland 505 loop station so I can have more hands on with the live apparatus of the production. So hoping to get that creative energy back to create some more wonderful fun music which is what its all about.. Love Music.. : ]
