BREAKSDANCE RECORDS is a GER based, female-led dance music record label and bass project. Founded in 2024, it supports independent artists and DJs with a growing community of underground UK Garage, Bassline, Hardgroove and Breakbeat lovers.

Breaksdance HARD BREAKS is the newest product of today’s Techno scene, characterized by its emphasis on grooves. Originating from hip-hop culture, it involves repeating drum breaks or heavy instrumental sections. Hardgroove, a subgenre of techno, emerged in the late 1990s with intense, driving beats and repetitive bass lines. This style is known for its high energy and popularity in underground clubs and raves. When describing something as "groovy," it typically means it has a bass-heavy sound with prominent basslines. Hardgroove music features hard kicks and focuses on percussion elements like samba or bongo rhythms. It's highly beat-driven, repetitive, and mechanical, with minimal chord variation and melodies, emphasizing rhythms and timbral variety. Hardgroove is defined by its powerful, driving beat consisting of a crisp kick drum and a groovy bassline.
