Top 10 remixes will be picked and put on display for our judges and crew to see. Growing up in the 80's in small town Ontario, Canada, Mr. Bassline Junk-E grew fond for the funkier and early classic raps with flowing MC's and breakbeat patterns. Moving to western Canada in his mid 20's, he ran into a new and intriguing sound which was called Canadian Funky Breakbeats and Funky Florida Breakbeats, which he grew to love and began to push! In early 2000, bringing his love for breakbeats & bass to a higher level, he jumped in the studio with a handful of bootlegs before moving on to his own production in 2002. In 2008, with brother Bass Charger, they formed "Breakz R Boss Productions. Mr.BLJ-E has 4 releases on the Canadian imprint Breakz R Boss Records but not before signing his 1st original release to Rapid Fire Records. in 2009, his track " Static " was signed for an Iphone game called IGLOWDOWN & his 1st bootleg "Dreamer" was remixed and played by international artists around the world. 2010 his remix was the 1st release on Breakz R Boss Records. Taking a break for 1 year to enjoy the life of his newborn entering into the world. We fast track to 2013 and 3 releases later. With chart toppers like Bring The Bass (Tripwave remix), & Numer Neuf (MartOpetEr remix) and having his music remixed by names like: The Flashback Project, Original Primate, Manion, MartOpetEr, Bartdon, Toy Quanitze, DRKWTR, Javi R, Dj Chaos, Dave Dialect. MR.BLJ-E is now a major staple in the recent sucess of BRB Records in the last few years! Stay tuned lots more in 2013 from Mr Bassline Junk-E himself. New Boundries, new sounds!
