She wants to be someone else, 
So sick and tired of being in between,
Too far caught up in the movie scene, 
So alone and silently asking for help,
But everyone hears, they just don't listen,
They think that she's just in a daze, 
Her life isn't their mission,
No one cares,
No one wants to,
That's the selfish truth,
She looks in the mirror and doesn't see anything,
Not even a reflection of her inner being,
Her mind is dark and filled with sorrow,
Just once she wishes she could look forward to a tomorrow,
Tears rolling down her cheek aren't new, 
Every night they come out too,
Her fears are her reality, 
Her mind is her number one enemy,
It's hard for her to breath sometimes,
The pain is so strong,
There's hope inside her that she'll make it some day, 
But most of the time, on this Earth she doesn't want to stay,
It is sad though, you see, 
Because everyone looks at her and thinks that she is happy,
But her misery lives deep within,
She's paranoid with thoughts of not fitting in,
The girl knows that she can be more but when the trouble comes,
She feels that she has nothing left in store,
If only she knew,
How much people think shes so cool,
If only she saw what they saw when they look at her,
The girl would know that she most definitely has a happily ever after
