BREATHE ATLANTIS - one of the most promising newcomers of the international alternative scene. Progressive harmonies, danceable rhythms, and electronic elements are the cornerstones of the band’s sound and the combination of R’n’B inspired vocals and vicious shouts has become a trademark of the band.

Already the self-released debut album “Shorelines” (2014) was able to score consistently brilliant reviews and also the videos with up to 30,000 views on YouTube contributed to the fact that BREATHE ATLANTIS were recognized outside the borders of the home country as well.

Since its founding in 2012 the quintet from the heart of the German Ruhr Area was able to gain solid live-experience when it shared the stage with the big players of the genre like MEMPHIS MAY FIRE (US), ATTILA (US), THE WORD ALIVE (US), BURY TOMORROW (UK), BETRAYING THE MARTYRS (FR), CALLEJON (GER), HANDS LIKE HOUSES (AUS), LIKE MOTHS TO FLAMES (US), HEART OF A COWARD (GER) or HOUSE VS HURRICANE (AUS) as well as on numerous festivals (e.g. OLGAS ROCK, FREEFALL-FESTVIAL). 

Since July 2015 BREATHE ATLANTIS and REDFIELD RECORDS are working together on the planning of the sophomore album that will be recorded under the direction of US-based producer DAN KORNEFF (PARAMORE, PAPA ROACH, MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE among others) and is expected to be released in 2016
