1.	Take one thing about you that you love and embrace it FULLY. Go all out
2.	Imagine that one thing about you that you’ve now discovered you love- and ask yourself, who feels like they lack this one thing?
3.	Now that you have begun to see this one thing as unique and special, ask yourself, how can I use this one thing to help someone?
4.	Now when you reach to that stage, you will at this point no longer feel the need for acceptance, as you will realize that the greatest fulfillment comes from giving- that is giving of yourself to someone else who is lacking.
