Brendan studied music theory at the University of Utah before ultimately pursuing a career in civil engineering.  When he is not designing public infrastructure as a principal engineer at his Salt Lake City - based engineering firm, you will find him writing and producing music at his studio in Stansbury Park, UT.  Brendan's catalog of works, which is often described as “Jazz Fusion” has evolved over the years, and his need for “self-expression” always trumps the stereotypical jazz genre.  This can be felt in his music, which is deeply emotional, but also fun and easy to listen to.  Brendan enjoys creating music that is energetic, full of rhythm, modern, and fun to jam along with.
