Opening set of the urban festival “Psychometric PicNic 2015” at the mighty Saint Luke’s Bombed Out Church in Liverpool, UK. This enchanted Gothic Church was badly damaged during the Liverpool Blitz in 1941 and it remains as a roofless shell, standing as a memorial to those who were lost in the Second World War... This journey goes from Downtempo Organic Bass to Midtempo Glitch PsyBass. It includes a fresh epic remix by MantisMash of the legendary Ozric Tentacles psychedelic band. It also features fresh midtempo releases by Eurythmy, Sixis, Mumukshu, Icaro and Tribone, amongst other wicked psychedelic tunes. The journey ends with a memorial to those who were lost in the Second World War, channelled through the viola of Plantrae…

Phewa Dawn is an initiative in partnership with Skate Nepal to redesign and renovate Phewa Skatepark, the only functioning skate park in Nepal. Over 50 musicians have taken part in this project, collaborating with each other to create a variety of organic and/or tribal-influenced electronic music.

SHŪMATSU NO TANI is a double album including 18 tracks divided in two distinct CDs, one drived by Psychedelic Ambient and Downtempo influences, the other one closer to Bass Music, Glitch Hop and PsyBass.

"My goal was to create a self-released and completely free digital album, free of any labels and any fences, evolving from my roots (1st album : Ask The Universe) to newer horizons among the Bass Music scene."

A lot of influences can be found in Nibana's new album, and few allusions to some of his favorite producers of this scene such as Tipper, Whitebear, Koan Sound, Suduaya, Solar Fields and more ...

Desert Trax is thrilled to bring fans a star-studded remix pack for ”Saraswati's Twerkaba,” the smash lead track from Desert Dwellers' Clear Path compilation, which was originally released in 2016 by Sofa Beats. The exotically innovative original from Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe sees the Desert Dwellers blending their signature downtemple dub sounds with global club flavors. It was inspiration enough to draw in a wide range of remixers amped to take on the task.

French guitarist and glitch sensation CloZee joined forces with LuSiD for an earthy, percussive take. Southern California bass legend David Starfire leaned more into the clubby side of the yoga twerk track. Mindex and Landswitcher both went dark and dangerous on their respective remixes, pulling heavily from the subsonic sampling and fearlessly pushing the track into the cavernous abyss. Patiently building from mild murmur to full on twisted roar, Nanosphere stretches Saraswati into a psy opus. Israeli sensation TRIBONE stripped the cut down all the way to its primal, midtempo stomp, and there is no doubt his take will turn dance floors loose with its relentless pulse.

The “Saraswati's Twerkaba” remix pack features 8 tracks with 40+ minutes of music and is available July 17th on all major sites worldwide.
