This is a selection of my acoustic guitar arrangements of contemporary worship songs. These songs are a culmination of a 6 month project, recorded at Psalter Studios on 29 April 2013. Humble Thyself More Love More Power

"Raised from one corner of Texas to the other and spending her latter teenage years in Raglan, New Zealand, Brenna Ann Stephenson is different than that of her "Generation Y" counter parts. An old soul at the young age of 18, she's influenced by the songs of yesterday: Pioneers like Dylan, the Beatles, Paul Simon, and of course, the King himself, Elvis. Her singing is an effortless blend of folk and blues over a backdrop of simplicity. Never, in all my years have I heard something of such wealth coming from a girl just beginning her journey of womanhood. The tracks here are the result of the "Raglan to Longview" session in which Brenna showed up, guitar in hand, and played/sang 6 songs back to back. No do-overs (no need!) and no big production (not necessary): because this is a small collection where the voice, the heart, and all that is good about Brenna, shines through with little frill.
