This is the first part of the FURTHUR NEW YEAR’S EVE CONCERT 2012 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco where the Grateful Dead held its annual New Year’s Concert, which has now become the venue for similar shows by the reincarnated group sans Jerry Garcia.  <a href=" http://t.co/thK6E0WD">SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio</a> ran the live broadcast and hired David Gans as MC.  There was a four minute delay from routing the sound from San Francisco to New York, where <a href=" http://t.co/thK6E0WD">SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio</a> broadcasts and to the airwaves.  David Gans broadcasted from Oakland, CA, which is located across the San Francisco Bay.
