Calvin Pepper began his career as a DJ in 2009 at the age of 19. He was inspired to learn after attending one of his friends older brothers play a small techno club in Toronto, and falling in love with dance music. 

He began producing in 2004, and quickly gained traction after getting on some well recognized labels including Natura Viva Black, D-Unity's Beat Therapy Records , Matt Sassari’s Panterre Musique, and Nihil Young’s Frequenza Records to name a few, leading to residencies at popular clubs in the Toronto scene. 

His live sets can range anywhere from dark and heavy, pounding peak time techno, to groovy and bouncy tech house, depending on the desired vibe. He’s always searching for new hidden gems and fresh music to play as well as having new originals and remixes ready for each gig, so you can always expect to hear something different.
