Based out of London, Ontario, Heart Lake fuses soft-rock jazz-pop vibes to craft an incredibly personal collection of songs that still groove and move like 70s A.M. radio. Long-time singer/songwriter Brent Jackson writes with an honesty and integrity that we've craved since the early 2000s, offering relatability, passion, and truth. The first songs from Heart Lake were written on a journey to sobriety. They are personal songs about healing from addiction. They are the substance of refuge in a world can be a void of heart, a world where we need to be reminded of the power of love. Collaborating with his partner, Tina Powell (keys), enchanting wizard of rhythm, Thomas Perquin (drummer), and quintessential tone zone master Quinton Strutt (bass), Jackson brings you his latest project, Heart Lake.
