recordings of this, so if you weren't there, you've never heard this before. And if you were there... that
amazes me. Recorded in various live shows around L.A (Anticlub, LAICA and elsewhere - documentation is sketchy)

“The “Pops” Science Story” was released as an "Audio Comic Book" on cassette. Made with Casio 
samplers, toy instruments, guitar, and a clear overdose of the Weekly World News (and obviously comics).  
A Fortean Epic in story and sound. When I copyrighted it, someone from the copyright office called me, 
trying figure out how to categorize it.  Brian Eno called it "strangely addicting", and actually bought a copy to pass on to his daughter who worked for the BBC (one of the three or four copies I actually sold). One review called it "Firesign Theatre meets The Residents" which pretty well sums it up.
