ยังไงก็รักษาชีวิตไว้ก่อน จะได้ภาวนา 
ยังภาวนาไม่ค่อยได้ อย่าเพิ่งป่วย
มีสติเป็นเครื่องป้องกันตัวเองไว้
เวลาคุยขาดสติ มันจะไปดึงแมสก์ออกจากจมูก
คุยโดยไม่จำเป็น
หายใจแล้วรู้สึกไป พุทโธไป เรายังได้ประโยชน์ 
เที่ยวเล่นคุยเล่น ไม่ได้อะไรขึ้นมา ฟุ้งซ่าน
จิตมันเป็นอนัตตาก็จริงนะ 
แต่จิตมันเป็นธรรมชาติที่ไหลไปตามความเคยชิน
เคยชินจะหลง มันก็หลงบ่อย
เคยชินที่จะช่างพูด มันก็พูดไปเรื่อยๆ ไม่รู้จักควบคุม

พยายามมีสติ
จะยืน เดิน นั่ง นอน กิน ดื่ม ทำ พูด มีสติไว้
อย่างตอนนี้นั่งเราก็ซ้อม
ทุกวันแบ่งเวลาไว้ซ้อมเลย
ตอนนี้นั่งอยู่ เห็นร่างกายมันนั่ง ใจเป็นคนดู
ตอนนี้เดิน เห็นร่างกายมันเดิน ใจเป็นคนดู
ร่างกายขยับ ร่างกายเคลื่อนไหว
ร่างกายขยับเขยื้อน ใจเป็นคนดู

ฝึกเรื่อยๆ ไป ร่างกายเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายหยุดนิ่งรู้สึก
พยายามฝึกมากๆ จิตจะได้มีพลัง ได้สมาธิขึ้นมา
ถ้าจิตมีพลัง ก็ค่อยเดินปัญญาได้
นั่งอยู่ หายใจอยู่ 
ถ้าใจเราหนีไป หนีไปคิดรู้ทัน
หนีไปอยู่ที่ลมหายใจก็รู้ทัน
รู้ทันใจจนใจมันตั้งมั่นเด่นดวงขึ้นมา ได้สมาธิที่ดี
ถ้าจิตเรามีสมาธิถูกต้อง การเจริญปัญญาจะใช้เวลาไม่มาก
