On Their Way - With Krakenkraft and Morgulbee (disquiet0527)

เวลาเราทำทานเรามีความสุข
จิตใจที่รู้จักให้มันจะพัฒนา 
อันแรกเลย มันลดความเห็นแก่ตัว
อันที่สอง ใจที่รู้จักเกื้อกูลมันจะอ่อนโยน
สิ่งที่พระพุทธเจ้าสอน 
สุดท้ายมันก็มาลงที่การพัฒนาใจทั้งนั้น 
เรานึกว่าทำทานไม่เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติ 
ที่แท้การทำทานเป็นการฝึกจิตขั้นพื้นฐาน 
ต่อมาเราก็ฝึกให้เข้มข้นขึ้น รักษาศีล 
การรักษาศีลจะต้องต่อสู้กับกิเลสตัวเอง 
กิเลสมันจะพาเราผิดศีลตลอดเวลา 
เราก็พยายามรักษาศีลไว้ ไม่ตามใจกิเลสที่จะทำผิดศีล
ศีลเป็นการฝึกลดละความโลภ ความโกรธ ความหลง
เห็นไหมว่าทานก็สำคัญ ศีลก็สำคัญ 
ถัดไปที่ฆราวาสต้องเรียนนั้นคือภาวนา
การภาวนามันมี 2 อันคือสมถภาวนากับวิปัสสนาภาวนา 
มันอยู่ที่ว่าฆราวาสจะเอาแค่ไหน 
ฆราวาสพอใจที่จะภาวนาให้สงบ 
ให้จิตมีกำลังเพื่อจะไปสู้กับโลกก็ฝึกไป เป็นสมถภาวนา
อีกอันหนึ่งคือวิปัสสนาภาวนา ก็มีหลัก 
มีสติรู้กายรู้ใจ ตามความเป็นจริงด้วยจิตที่ตั้งมั่นและเป็นกลาง
เมื่อรู้หลักแล้วก็เดินเอา 
ช่วยตัวเองพยายามพัฒนาตัวเองไป
ฝึกตัวเองอย่างนี้ทุกวัน 
มันก็จะอยู่ในเรื่องทาน ศีล ภาวนา 
สุดท้ายมันก็ลดละอกุศลลงไป 
แล้วก็เจริญกุศลให้ถึงพร้อม
