Second attempt to make some music for disquiet0523 according to this rule: Step 1: Please record the sound of an ice cube rattling in a glass, and make something of it. I made up all of the beats and the tonal stuff from recording Ice in a cocktail glass+ Wine glass. I Never knew I would make a conga from an ice cube. SO this was a fun exericise! 

Strings attached: Partly from a sample from a Norwegian String quartet, playing short phrases, that I stretched out to very large segments in Melodyne, altering tonality and time, and additional strings from the Wonderful Spitfire Audio.. Focusing on Strange Overtones...

Melts Into Air (Disquiet0523)

This track was inspired by the Disquiet Junto Project 0522: Record the sound of ice in a glass and make something with it.
All sounds were created from the recording of an ice-cube rattling in five different glasses. The inspiration led to this piece, trying to find out how eternal ice sounds.

The Eternal Ice (Disquiet0523)

This track was inspired by the number 23 (as proposed by the Disquiet Junto Project 0529). The generative MIDI sequencer Transition was used (as for all Musical Bots tracks), but also Stochas for the choir.
The number 23 influenced that piece of music in many different ways. Among others the morse code of psalm 23 in English, French and German is also part of this track.
