We use sources from the Vilna Gaon, Degel Machaneh Ephraim, and Rav Kook to demonstrate the bond between p'nimiyus haTorah and the final redemption. Finally, we explore a 1913 letter in which Rav Kook called for "radical" and revolutionary change in our educational system and discussed the manner in which that call is echoing in our times, louder than ever.
