When it comes to human relationships there are two categories of spiritual cords that can form. These could be called positive and negative, which depends on the kind of attachment being formed and the overall outlook, and core frequency of the person you are attached to. Positive cords bond you to another in love, compassion, and other positive emotions. Negative cords attach you to another through anxiety, fear, anger, and so on. Positive cords can uplift you whereas negative ones can drain you and bring your energy down. 

This meditation is to be used to upgrade or dissolve negative dense cords with other individuals. Please note, this meditation can be used with clearing any energies with your children. It is important, when it comes to any children under the age of 16 to upgrade rather than cut cords.

The Astral Realm contains sub-dimensions where each one reflects the level of consciousness and vibration of the inhabitants contained therein. The Upper Astral is the place where we can meet angels, archangels and masters from the higher realms. The Higher Astral is where we find various temples of healing and schools of spiritual light and wisdom. The Middle Astral is the place where we often go during the dream state. These realms can be very beautiful and full of light and magic. We can also touch the Lower Astral in the dream state especially when going through a difficult period in our lives. The Lower Astral vibrates at the lowest levels of consciousness. We could think of this place in terms of being the collective repository of ‘evil’ of humanity. The Astral/Dreaming Body is connected to the Heart chakra and it is the 4th layer of the aura that surrounds the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. It is with the Astral Body that we enter the dreamstate and can journey through the Astral Planes. Astral Travelling can also be called Astral Projection, an Out-of-Body Experience or OBE, and it can be called shamanic journeying. 

In this transmission we go to a Temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions of Venus where we clean up the Astral Body, repairing it where necessary and then channelling ascension light codes from the Sun into your Astral Body to help you release any attachments to the Lower Astral Planes and thus orientate you towards the Higher Octaves of the Astral Plane and beyond.

Clearing your home or workplace of any lower frequency, negative, stale energies will transform your space and your experience of living within that space. This will usually result in a greater sense of well-being and clarity. 

This transmission is designed to clear the land, structure and the spaces within the structure of all low frequency energies thus enabling a new fresh energy to enter therein. Before doing this clearing transmission there are three things that need to be done in preparation. The first is mandatory and the other two are optional (although advisable).

1.	Sit in meditation and ask your innermost Spirit for permission to do the work. If you share the building with other residents ask their Higher Selves for permission. If there is a landlord that owns the property then also ask their Higher Self for permission. If you are sharing with a partner ask their Higher Self for permission. If you feel any resistance from any other party then do an Ultra-Violet Transmission to clear any energies between you that need clearing. Then again ask for permission. If there is still resistance and you do not get permission from other parties then only clear your personal living or working space not the entire building or any shared space. 

2.	Physically clean your space and clear all clutter, since low frequency energy can attach to items within the space. 

3.	Then smudge your space with a cleansing incense such as white sage. Do this room by room ensuring that all doors and windows are closed for several minutes. When this is done open the window so that all old stagnant energies are sent out of the property and not further in.
