Wasted Years

This was a song I put on Sarah Fishler's "birthday tape"...as I called it, and album I put together of songs I recorded around the time, and just "released" them as a gift. No one else got these songs, but that's why she's just that much cooler than everyone else back then, and was such a good friend to me.

First song on my Red Head Diaries moniker album "Dyed Black". At the time I thought it was very Elliott Smith-ish, which is a stupid thing to think.

Sun Song

The album "Frustration", is all written right after I got married. This song is about my dad, looking sad at my wedding. 

A Troubled Mind

This is actually in my top 5 favorite songs, too bad I ruined good songwriting with the worst vocals EVER. I want to rerecord this song someday. This album "So She'll Love Me More", is the first one that I ever produced alone, which I did directly after 333. I wish I would have spent more time getting better vocals, but I really wanted to get it all on the first take...stupid. I really love the ending. 

Snow Face

I spent so much time in production with the end of this song. Oh man, I loved recording this album SO much. So much in fact, I skipped an entire half of a semester of school to record it. The album is "The Winter". 2000-2001 was such a fun year for me. I recorded 4 albums in one year. This one is of me trying to get Kid A-ish at the end. I know, I failed, but I had a lot of fun trying to pretend I knew how to produce.
