Trance vanguard Khievo releases his inspired new dance floor dance floor filler Waterbourne through Intonenation Records. Layering thematic beauty with a feel good high energy rhythm track, the Ukranian innovator draws on this compositional skills for a result which is both contemporary and timeless.

Opening with a playful introduction Waterbourne feels like an invigorating blast of cold water on a hot summers day. From the start a solid underscored groove grows as the beginnings of the piano theme emerge and the track plunges into a deep breakdown. The piano theme develops and finally gives way to a captivating saw melody and the track rises again towards an impending crescendo. As the energy level rises and the drop kicks fully in the puzzle pieces fit perfectly together and Waterborne sets sail for peak hour taking the dance floor with it.

Polish trance dynamo Adam Sobiech continues a stream of great releases with his brand new track “Let Go” which touches down through Intonenation Records. 

“Let Go” opens with a haunting voice and a stomping beat, this retro-future classic has as much intensity and as it has playfulness as the builds keep coming. A deep percussive plateau is forged around distinctive synth hooks and chiming rides before the solace of the breakdown hits. Layering whimsical vocal textures on deep ’80s themed synths Sobiech loops and develops them into a huge build that could only give way to a drop of greater proportions. Constantly one-upping himself with more and more layers of inspired synths the drop builds into an electro utopia before returning to the eerie vocal textures that started the whole journey. 

“Let Go” is laden with all the hallmarks that make Adam Sobiech’s productions so individual. The pounding beat and bass, the signature melody and lead lines, and the tight arrangement that leaves nothing to chance. One thing is for sure when this drops the only thing you need to do is hit the dance floor and “Let Go”.

The Coldharbour family welcomes a new duo to its roster, and one forged from a friendship established through a love for electronic music, despite being thousands of miles apart. Kelby Geffers and Jared Raymer unite as Kalbee & Raimer, and introduce themselves to the label with Never Expected.

The pair had been on the radar of Jam El Mar, and when alerting Markus Schulz of Never Expected, this melodic techno fusion became an immediate must-sign in his eyes.

Debuted on the recent Global DJ Broadcast Afterdark presentation, Never Expected‘s haunting and hypnotic tones quickly became a firm favorite among listeners and open to close solo set attendees.

Consequently, few will debut on Coldharbour as impressively as Kalbee & Raimer.
