This is absolutely one of my favorite Strung Out songs...the only problem I've ever had with it is that when the song really gets going, you can barely make out the lyrics and when you stop to read them, my god are they dark and brutal!!!  So I kinda just had to break it down, make the guitars nice and dark to match up, and now you can really hear what the song is about and hear every word...enjoy!!!

My name is Brian Long, and I have been a guitarist since I was 7 years old, started playing in bands when I was about 13.  I basically play any kind of rock music, but I always prefer to do the heavy metal thing, or the acoustic thing on my own.  When I do cover songs, I pretty much share the same philosophy as Chris Cornell, in that if you're going to be playing someone elses song, you might as well put your own twist on it so the listeners still get a sense of your style.  My main influences are Zakk Wylde, Dimebag Darrell, Kirk Hammett, Myles Kennedy, and any musician out there that plays for the love of the music, not the fame.
