The Daily Create #43 challenges us to ""Tell the story of a place in one ambient audio recording." I chose to capture a "sound bite" while crossing at a busy intersection. Passing vehicles were navigating on wet and slushy streets.

Hanging On The Old Barbed Wire

This radio announcer interviews two anonymous students about the Digital Storytelling DS106 course in which they are enrolled. Through the use of 20 in-depth and probing questions, the announcer tries to inform his listening audience about all aspects of the DS106 phenomenon. Following the Dickie Goodman interview style, each of the two students reply to the DS106-related questions by singing snippets from popular songs.

I have used my iTunes card to purchase the musical tracks from which the audio snippets have been extracted.
