Brian Ortega takes you on a journey at night. He drops rhythms that pulsates through the speakers and blasts a sound that you will never forget. With the heavy underlying bass he makes your heart race. His melodies take you into ecstasy and you feel the rush of the music. He congregates people from all walks of life on the dance floor and his music cuts through your body like a knife. That is the musical experience of Brian Ortega. 

Born of Ecuadorian decent Brian has been exposed to many different musical styles and elements which can be heard in many of his sets today. Brianís passion of music began at the tender age of 7 while watching his cousin John Carlos try to develop his musical craft. Seeing Carloís determination sparked a curiosity and provoked Brianís own desire for music. It was around this time that Brian was highly exposed to the Electronic Dance Music scene, the result, was a further awakening and desire to explore the different sounds of music.

Fast forward another 7 years from there and Brian already had several of his creations showcased on the radio. Kiss 92 FM was the first station to get a taste of the works of Brian Ortega. Half a decade rolled along and Brian discovered something that would change his relationship with Electronic Dance Music for the long run. Brian discovered the sounds of Tribal and Progressive house which opened his eyes and ears in ways he could never imagine.

It was at that point that he fell in love with the sounds of percussion and as time passed Brian started exploring and becoming more involved and serious about his craft. Since then Brian has been featured on Energy 105 FM (Toronto), Cool FM 98.9 (Aruba) and Frisky Radio. Brian has also been a resident DJ at Drop Zone, D2, Room 19, and at the very prestigious Club V. He has also made several cameos at Red Square, Expose, Volume, Mad Bar, Menage and Club 338. There is no doubt that Toronto has welcomed Brian Ortegaís musical talent in a very warm way.

Over the past two years Brian has been developing his craft even further by looking at producing with potential labels looking to release his music. As already evident, Brian Ortega has accomplished a lot; therefore it comes as no surprise that Brian has achieved his long time goal to begin touring internationally. Dreams really do come true, and with the musical talent, ambition and perseverance which define Brian Ortega as an artist, expect to see big things to come from him in the future. So donít be afraid let him take your mind your body and your soul on a musical journey that only the sounds of Brian Ortega can offer you!!
