Hi!  I've started my next album.  This is a simple little song that is just fun to play.  Very simple.  This is the first song for the 10th album called Panorama.   I had news last week that my hearing is going away and they suggested cochlear implants.  It was rather shocking and I don't know what that will do for recording and stuff and junk.  So, while I'm thinking about what to do in regards to the hearing loss I wanted to write and play as much as I can before there is some kind of huge change.  I hope you enjoy the music and thank you for listening and taking time out to visit my page.

What if

Hi all,  well this mess was recorded years ago.  I decided it was part of the group in this album.  I tried to remaster it.  I don't have that high gain amp or guitar anymore and It's a fun reminder of how that set up sounded.  I probably won't put it out there any farther, as i wanted to test it here for the mix after mastering.  If you happened by here I apologize (hahahaha)

Hi, Well, this is the last one for Panorama.  Mixing kicked my butt on this one.  I think I'm tired and just going to go ahead and get it out to test it.  Thanks everyone for dropping by and listing.  This winter I'm working on a series of covers for fun while I continue to write better music.  note: I caught my mistake on the final mix and tried to fix it.  Hopefully its a little less bad now (haha)

11_Panorama

At a young age I was inspired to learn guitar after listening to the Ventures.  They are a cool surf band back in the mid 1900s.  I have been drawn to writing and recording.  Most songs are instrumentals as I have lost 75% of my hearing and struggle with word recognition.   I’m currently building equipment to improve recording quality.  I’m mostly an analog musician using DAW at the end for mixing and then e-master the final mix.  

In the past, I had performed live for 5 years and traveled in two states.  Not extensive, but it was a good experience.   I’ve only played live a couple of times since 2007 because of my ears.  Hopefully tech will come along and I could do that again. 

I also would be interested in collaborating with others.
