I wrote this around 2010 about being a high lonesome drifter playing my music in dive bars. I tried to be as descriptive as possible and provide imagery that would have you sitting inside the bar as I was playing the song. The melody offers a haunted sound and hopefully the chorus has you singing along.

WANDERIN MAN FINAL 2

This song is about the things that pop into my head that I don’t act on. Going back to drinking, smoking grass, running around on Jonesie, running from home and never coming back. It’s about not acting on reflexes, but thinking things through.

MY SINS FINAL 2

I love God and Country music. Both have always been there for me and delivered every single time. Brian Winfield and Bandera was a very raw and talented group that I loved making music with. We played from 2010-2013 and enjoyed our time together. My musical influences range from George Strait, Merle Haggard, Willie and Waylon, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, Sturgill Simpson, Tyler Childers, Jason Isbell, The Stones, The Beatles, 2Pac, Mystikal, Don Williams, Pink Floyd, Sundance Head and many more.
