It was in February 2005, alongside the legendary Australian DJ, Raja Ram at the world famous Anzu Club, that Leonardo Puharic, better known as Cosmonet, performed for the first time!  There could be no better debut venue than Anzu Club, which receives weekly international headliners and regular big artists. His performance that night, talked about for days, was the start of a very promising career.

Cosmonet stands out with his extensive musical diversity, incorporating influences from a great many musical styles.  Regarding his major influences, Leonardo reflects - "This is a question that I always stop to think about, and I always reach same conclusion. Since my childhood, while I studied piano, and later when I became part of a blues band, I was influenced by music in general, not a particular style, but many.  I like good music!"  In his studio "TheBox", Leonardo dedicates himself to studying music daily, and creating innovative musical products and sounds in each new track.  His music is characterized by engaging melodies, coupled with bass lines that are both fresh and surprising.  Cosmonet's music has been classified as a new and unique experience altogether.

His hability to vary between musical styles opened up a wide range of networking opportunities; bringing partnerships with most diverse artists such as: Paranormal Attack, Shanti Matkin, Cyrus The Virus, PTX, Mad Hatter, 220v, Waio, and many others. In addition, Cosmonet has produced remixes of tracks by: Talamasca, Paranormal Attack, Eskimo, Michelle Adamson, and Freakulizer.  His music has drawn much attention from fellow DJ's and producers, and Cosmonet's original tracks have been remixed by artists such as: Joti Sidhu, Atomic Pulse, and many others.

In October 2009, Leonardo left for his third Japan tour, performing at eight dance music festivals, presenting the splendor of the Brasilian sound to individuals from around the world.  Today Cosmonet is a constant presence at events such as: XXXperience, Orbital, Chemical Music Festival, Soul Vision, Universe Paralello, and many more.  He has also participated in events such as the Ceará Music Project, and the Summer Aracaju alongside performances by: Gilberto Gil, Rita Lee, Charlie Brown Jr, O Rappa, Manu Chao.

Cosmonet has more than 40 tracks on 21 releases, including the CD's: Sounds of Kaballah, Unfold Vol.2 released by legendary American DJ, Christopher Lawrence.  In addition, he has been featured on thepromotional CDs: XXXPERIENCE 12 and 13 Years.  Cosmonet's track "Are You Funky"was featured on the official website for XXXPERIENCE in 2008.  The song went on to become the recognized theme of the event, and was soon one of the most ubiquitously heard songs in Brasil.
