Got inspired listening to The Alchemist and Conductor beats and took a stab at making a beat out of nothing but found samples, but making it sound cohesive so that it seems like the whole cut was from a jazz song

Lately I've been writing and recording songs as a way to get feelings out, and this one is about dealing with and healing from anxious attachment and codependency issues from my past. I wanted to share it because I don't sing often, I'm really proud of it, and maybe it'll help someone who also deals/dealt with these things.
