exclusive | Brian Burnside - Anti Gravity | District 30

Originally from Brooklyn but now living in Orlando it's Brian Burnside who makes us lose gravity with his latest EP Wormhole on District 30. The spacious five tracker comes with three original tracks and two remixes to round the package off with each track exploring and touching the outer banks of the House and Techno genre. Anti Gravity, the second original track on the EP, is a luscious space jam with techy advances and cosmic pads as well as out-of-space but not out of place sounding vocals. Probably created for the later hours at the club, the track title then does what it suggests, it pulls the rug out from under any dancers feet.

David Harness (Live @ Vegas Weekender)

Born & raised in Brooklyn NY, Brian is the co-founder, producer, DJ and graphic designer of the record label deepa GROOOVES. Every facet of his life has been devoted to the feeling, attitude and deep mentality of house music culture. 

As a DJ, Brian's mix of soulful highs and deep-tech thumps can bring a crowd to near-rapture while maintaining tight rhythms and perfect harmonies. Burnside has deejayed at some of the most well-known parties in NYC and has been infecting the West Coast as well. 

The Deepa production team has released pure dance floor dynamite with remixers including Quentin Harris, Atjazz, Charles Webster, Abicah soul Jay-J, Scott Wozniak and fish go deep. As well as his own touches of deep tech house mixes. Brian has also collaborated on remixes for other record labels such as Liberate Recordings , Open Bar Music & Anthem Facility/Trace.

Out west, Brian has joined forces with Alix Alvarez, David Harness, Gene Hunt, Lars Behrenroth, Eric Tucker, West Coast Soul Events, Soul Camp/Sf, After After With Jayvi Valesco, & Mars Bar. Brian burnside recently teamed up with DJ/producer Nef Nunez and started a bi-monthly residency at the Cardiff lounge called 4loorplan in San Jose, Ca.
