Woke up this morning 
The day after the election.
Heard that sample of Obama and Eminem.
I never cry but this morning I did.
I weep for our country, the world and the kids.
My family, friend, and the immigrants.

I went to work today with a heavy heart.
Two coworkers with work visas
are gonna be deported.
They don’t know where they’re gonna go
or what they’re gonna do.
Are we gonna have to start 
Hiding immigrants in our basements
Like they did with the Jews?
History repeats and everyone loses.

I posted this intro sample to my facebook.
The ignorance in my comments had me shook.
An old friend of mine
I used to be close with
Responded with this ignorant shit.

He said quote,

Come on Jake, that ignorance
Makes me embarrassed 
To solute the stars and the bars. 

The mood today with my family and friends.
Is of disbelief and it’s only beginning.

As Trump said in so many of his rallies.
Those that don't supprot him 
are the enemy within.
