This is recorded at a recent rehearsal with The Murmurations... a band put together to play Jamie Drake's "In the Shadow of the Bird Queen" record live. The tracks are recorded live and mixed using Studio One. I'm playing bass on this tune.

Different Part 1

Hi! My name is Brian Spahr and, outside of being a husband and a father, music is of my greatest joys.

I have recorded and released five independent CDs, toured extensively, and still play fly-out dates (mostly Christian youth conferences) and the occasional coffeehouse. These days I mostly play and write on acoustic guitar, but as a child of the 80s, I still enjoy for a good guitar solo.  I’m not a rockstar, and I have no aspiration to be one. I do, however, love music and love to share it with others.

Outside of music, I am a husband to Michelle and a father of two amazing kids. I have worked my whole adult life in Youth Ministry and I am currently also the pastor of a Church community in Concord, NC called St. Martin Lutheran Church.
