Today is liberation day in The Netherlands, it marks the end of World War 2. To be free is a very relevant longing during this Corona Crisis. Many people are longing for freedom and people are even protesting for their right to be free. People feel that their right to be free is taken away from them during this crisis.

In today’s podcast we don’t talk about Outer Freedom, we talk about Inner Freedom instead. To us the real revolution is on the inside. If all humans of the world would choose to liberate themselves from the inside out it would change this world beyond your wildest imagination. The real remedy to your Corona-blues is on the inside.

Unless you don’t know that you can go to the inside, or you don’t know how to go to the inside, or you don’t want to go to the inside, then the only side left to go to is the outside.

But where will you find the real solution to solve your feeling of not feeling free? On the outside or on the inside?

027 If You Can Not Go Outside, Go Inside

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬
Like for so many others, consistency is the hardest habit of all for us. But we have no choice, if we want to be successful we have to be visible and we have to be consistent. And the same goes for you when you are living in The Land of Surviving and you want to go to The Land of Thriving.

When you do something long enough and you learn to do it the right way along the way, you will succeed. Your success is going to be inevitable.

We have heard this a hundred times before and today we could clearly see that these are not only words. There is truth and reality in these words. In order to really believe and feel this I guess you have to be ready to be ready.

028 The Power Of Consistency

𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦
For us, the difference between being aligned and not being aligned is huge.This morning we were not aligned together. Not with each other but also not with ourselves.

Our challenge was not to fight with ourselves.
And not fight with each other.
And no, we didn't succeed ;-(

030 Taking Care Of Your Health

We daily get bombarded with contradicting opinions, contradicting viewpoints and contradicting information. Especially today during the COVID-19 crisis there is so much news that focusses on fear and feeds fear.

On social media people go wild with expressing their opinions and expressing their newest conspiracy theory. Al this information feeds not only your personal drama but it also feeds the drama of everybody else. It feeds the drama of the world.

The only way to shut down the drama of the world and shut down your own drama, is to disconnect from it. But how do you disconnect from drama, any drama? This is what we talk about in today’s podcast.

034 What Is Alignment Really?

𝟯. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 The key of this journey is alignment. Alignment makes this transformational journey softer, less hard and more easy.

𝟰. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 From being aligned you get actions to do, aligned or inspired actions. Aligned actions are fun to do and help you to get to 'The Land of Thriving'.

035 Lessons Learned

𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗧?
There are very few people we meet who do know what they need when they need it. In today’s podcast we talk about this very common phenomenon.

Why is this? Why is it so hard to recognize the moments in your life where you would benefit tremendously from the right kind of help? And why don’t you simply get that help?

If it would be that easy there would be seriously far less emotional and mental suffering in this world. But why isn’t it easy? Because it’s got to do with something we call ‘your charged emotions’.
