In each area you are to think about and make a major decision in each area that will be life long. This is important because when you make decisions calmly and on purpose: It takes your emotions out of the picture (ever made a bad impulsive decision?)-It makes managing your life easier and less stressful The following summary of the Daily Dozen will list an example of a decision and the daily activities needed to support that decision. You may need to adjust these to meet your own needs.
