Bridget is specialised in the wild and wonderful Bingsjö fiddle tradition from Sweden. This is a tune she learnt from her mentor Ole Hjorth, a really fantastic musician with whom Bridget has had the honour to play since 2007. 

In this recording you can hear Bridget playing on Päkkos Gustaf's violin. Päkkos Gustaf was a great fiddler from Bingsjö, who has been a big source of inspiration to Bridget. In 2011 Bridget had the honour of receiving the prestigious Päkkos Gustaf Scholarship at Bingsjöstämman. Part of the scholarship includes having Gustaf's violin on loan for a year.
