I have to admit... I wasn't feeling 100% this week, so you may sense that in my voice. NOPE. Truth be told. I was a bit emotional while recording this week.  I am sooo passionate about sharing positive words of encouragement and seeing the change in you, that it makes me cry! lol

Hey guys! Did you make it work on time Monday? Whenever we spring forward it is always a challenge to recover from that missing hour of sleep. I know I was struggling on  Monday and Tuesday. Now mind you I don't sleep very well anyway so losing that 60 minutes had the last few mornings all out of whack. Welcome to another week! I don't know about you but Wednesday's have taken on an entirely new meaning for me. Since I started this second season of my podcast I've truly learned how to hustle, plan, prepare and get excited about the BUSY GRIND. It's not so glamorous, (being an entrepreneur) but the truth is if you do the work your will see the results. 

This week's episode I'm sharing a quick bird's eye view of my brand The Simple Life. As many of you know I've been sharing tips and ideas on how to become happier in our everyday lives. And as you also know this is far from SIMPLE. The funny thing about life and how your brain works, is that you control your destiny. You are in charge of your energy and YOU are the only person who is responsible for the joy in your life. 

Now don't get me wrong the people IN your life are there to add to the joy and happiness, and as a matter of fact if they don't, it's time to start simplifying to reduce the added nonsense and focus on your life. ELEVEN22 - S2 E11 Not So Simple Life

So here we are again. It's Wednesday and time is flying once again. I promise you that I wake up and BLINK and find myself BACK in my pj's ready for bed. Like, "WHAT IS HAPPENING?". Time is moving so fast. I guess that is why i feel so motivated to share these words of encouragement, because time is not guaranteed. Most importantly we have to stop taking TIME for granted, and started changing.

This week I have been thinking a lot about the time that a situation made me uncomfortable. How do you handle things, when you get uncomfortable? It's not easy by any means, and most of us tend to run away at the opportunity to change and evolve form the UNCOMFORTABLE place.
Today's episode is diving into that very place. Trust me... It is NOT fun, but it is REQUIRED.

Three tips for facing the UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE:
1. Confess that you are UNcomfortable. 
2. Take a moment and GET OUT of your emotions.
3. Be open to change.

Now these tips seem pretty simple right? BUT how many of us actually take this approach?

ELEVEN22 - S2 EP12 Get UNcomfortable

I am still celebrating my 12 month anniversary of working for myself FULL-TIME! Wheeww. I can't tell you enough how much this SIMPLE milestone really has changed me. Even though I still have so far to go. But I've come so far, and that is reason to celebrate. Far too often we overlook the best parts of our growth, while dwelling on the reasons why we got stuck. Well It's time out for all of that. It's time to embrace your mistakes and admit it. YEP! That sucked! I made a mistake and start appreciating the errors of life.

This week's episode is about that very thing. Are you willing to take a loss? Can you stand the criticism? Well it's time to start facing the music and learning to dance to the beat of your mistakes!

ELEVEN22 - s2 E13 My Mistakes Make Me

WOW! I can't believe that it has already been 14 weeks. Time sure does fly when you are focused dedicated and determined. Truth is, doing these podcast has really helped me grow. I hope that you have also found value in this content. As you know the main goal is to be inspired and INSPIRE.  Even though we may not always know the why, when things happen. We can definitely can take control and do the work required to GROW from each phase.
