Deeplomatic will be releasing the V.A. album “Beat It Cancer” on the 22nd of October, International Breast Cancer Day. The album aims to raise awareness about cancer through electronic music and boost donations towards cancer prevention organizations. For this purpose, Deeplomatic has teamed up with Breast Cancer UK and Children with Cancer UK, two charitable organizations working to prevent cancer through scientific understanding, collaboration, education and policy change. All profits related to this album will be donated to Breast Cancer UK and Children with Cancer UK for cancer research.

“Beat It Cancer” consists of 35 tracks ranging from Deep House to Techno from artists such as Sandy Rivera, Yaya, The Cube Guys, Toni Varga, Denney, Cristian Varela, Simone Vitullo, Hito, Crazibiza and label boss Alex Ferrer among others.
“Many of the artists, felt drawn to the project as they have lost friends, family and colleagues to cancer. It is a personal project for myself as well, hope we can provide our grain of sand to the collective fight of this horrible disease” Alex Ferrer.

Brighton based DJ and producer KeeQ, makes his welcome return to Nic Fanciulli’s Saved Records imprint this autumn with brand-new single, ‘Sweet Little Nothing’.

Bursting onto the scene in late 2021, KeeQ is one of the underground Dance scene's brightest new prospects. His style can be described as a hybrid between House and Techno with tribal and emotive elements, with KeeQ citing Hot Since 82, Steve Lawler, Mele and Nick Curly as influences of his production style.

Since his last outing on the label, KeeQ has had a busy release schedule with outings on Circus and Marylebone Records and picking up DJ support from Danny Howard, Mark Knight, Leftwing : Kody, Gorgon City and more! ‘Sweet Little Nothing’ emanates KeeQ’s signature sound, expect organic drum grooves, crisp percussion, intoxicating synthesized melodies, hooky vocal elements and an intricate bass hook throughout, taking you straight to heart of the dancefloor.

Always on the hunt for something new and inspiring, Otis merges his sound seamlessly, combining different elements from all genres into a quality that you can hear and feel in his productions. His deep love for music, a playful approach, and a unique way of thinking outside the box are slowly but surely shaping his profile in the Dance scene with his releases having found homes on an impressive line-up of labels including PRIMA, Incorrect, Club Sweat, ORIGINS, Kittball and Moon Harbour. 

The ‘Bomba’ EP offers plenty of hip-swinging percussive rhythms, playful rise and fall basslines, soulful vocal chants, warming drum grooves and rumbling low ends all combine to shape up yet another impressive EP from this talented newcomer.

Renowned for his ability to bring creativity and flair to his wild remixes, edits and re-edits, Riva Starr is a hugely welcome new addition into the Saved fold. Bringing a special collection of new edits, the producer displays the kind of dexterity that has made him so impossible to pigeonhole over the last decade. First up, Riva delivers a driving and energetic mashup of Roland Clark’s “Your First Time” and Paul C & Paolo Martini’s “Take Some Time.” Frenetic percussion in the top end and futuristic FXs create a party-focused pace as the dubby atmospheres and pumping beats add the power and momentum. The ghetto-funk vocal adds another dimension to make this Riva’s own personal homage to the history of house music. The raw edit of “Chasing Autumns” by Taras Van De Voorde continues that exploration further, tapping into a unique mix of classic sounding house with rich piano chords and emotive strings; and a modern, raw sounding warehouse energy that burns and stomps away underneath. Taking things into a much deeper hue, Riva with his colourful edit of Luca Morris’ “Play By Play.” Built around subtly shifting melodies, a deep, rolling bassline and tumbling drums, the track shuffles forward with bags of personality and charisma. Returning to Saved Records for the first time since 2013, Berlin based soundwizard Santé delivers a quality two-track EP of subterranean, bass-driven techno.

“Ghostwriter” is a highly hypnotic, heady and underground tech cut drives with a relentless energy. Build around a stabbing bassline, pounding 4/4s and fluttering synths, the track locks into a magnetizing groove. As the track evolves, the German producer eases in some fuzzy, warm electronics and lush pads, creating a subtle interplay with the intense, druggy layers that lay beneath.

“Stay” is underpinned by a devastatingly simple yet hugely addictive rolling bassline. As the bass grumbles below, punchy beats plough forward alongside loopy FX and soulful vocals. Stripped back at times but showing a matured proclivity for shifting through the gears, the track builds tension without ever spilling over into chaos.
