Andi aka https://soundcloud.com/nachti-gall hatte vor einiger Zeit, ja während dem ersten Lockdown, die Idee einen Kettenbrief der besonderen Art ins Leben zu rufen. Nämlich mit DJ's. Häh was? Ja genau. Ein DJ2DJ Kettenbrief. Hört sich bekloppt an, ist aber extrem innovativ wie ich finde. Denn anders als bei diesen nervigen, geschriebenen Kettenbriefen steht hier die Musik im Fokus.   Herausgekommen ist damals, wie auch heute ein wahres Meisterwerk (https://soundcloud.com/elektro-uwe/we-are-at-home-07-by-dj2dj-kettenbrief).

Anstatt Alleine oder zu zweit ein Mixtape aufzunehmen war es wieder einmal für jeden Künstler die Aufgabe gewesen einen Track zu spielen und den "Brief" dann in die Welt hinauszuschicken. Was und wer als nächstes folgte wusste der Vordermann nicht. Erstaunlich wie gelungen das Mixtape am Ende dann doch geworden ist. Gesagt getan. Plup und schon wurde es abermalig zur Realität. 

Mich packt das Set absolut. Treibend, tiefgründig, locker und träumerisch kommt es daher. Wie ein bunter Straus Rosen. Alle anders farbig , aber doch der gleichen Gattung abstammend. Getreu dem Motto "We stay together", weil alleine Tanzen blöd ist.
Chapeu.

Nun aber genug der Worte.

As DJs we took the Flow Session format as an opportunity to reminisce about musical styles that have been inspiring to us over the last 20 years and bring them together in a 03:33:33hr mix. We always enjoy long sets for the sake of greater variety. As it has been a difficult year, lacking the chance to perform, we took ten months of studio time and produced several new tracks that we would love to introduce to you now. Mostly as yet unpublished, may they guide you to a new year, hopefully a year full of hugging and loud music. - @kuriosenaturale

KURIOSE NATURALE started their journey together at Berlin’s legendary Bachstelzen Parties in 2006. Kristian and Jonathan had each been working on varying DJ-projects from the mid 90s on, when starting to establish an approach towards their own sound. Influenced by acid and deep techno of the early days...infused by diverse music genres… innovatively trying out for the new while cherishing the past…controversial…funky… groovingly seducing the senses…sometimes even disturbing our mind…on the dancefloors of Mother Earth… or from their studio on the grounds of Holzmarkt Berlin…their journey will go on forever…

Britta Arnold's Upcoming Gigs



When you hear creeping high hats, hypnotic beats and a pop of acid, chances are you‘re hearing Britta Arnold from the console of her musical spaceship. Straightforward and distinctively poised, her unique blend of beats makes for a milkshake of cosmic potency. For this elegant fire red, her pledge to break norms and find the hottest music on the block has gained her quite the following and opened up a fantastic world of people, places and special moments. Since co-founding the Bar25 label in 2006, her nights are spent playing gigs anywhere between Asia, America and Europe, while many of her days are spent in the studio where she dreams up new music. She has released on Katermukke and Heinz, remixed tracks by ‘It boys’ Satori and Stavroz, and been remixed by the likes of Claude VonStroke and Ruede Hagelstein. Aside from this, her new musical project ‘Britta Unders’ with Amsterdam based Unders, is adding even more magic to her minutes. They are playing sets from sundown to sunrise together all over the world but also started a new label Happy Camper, this will be launched November 2017 with artists as Mira, Be Svendsen, dOP and Noraj Cue. When not doing these things, she’s probably planning her GRRR Mit BRRR party — a celebrated event at the Berlin club, Kater Blau. 



A born and bred Berliner who never had to learn how to be one, Britta reflects the city in which she still calls home: a little edgy, a little down to earth and always filled with artistic ambition. Having once lived in a caravan with her cat ‘katuscha’ on the grounds of the Bar25, she takes this Happy Camper vibe with her into every space she enters, whether the club, the festival, the studio or a walk through her home town. With the support from her global electronic family pushing her in the right direction and a naughty box of tunes on her back, the future of this lady from outer space only goes from strength to strength. So get your space suit on and go intergalactic roaming with your best friends and lovers. Do it to the hypnotic and wired sound of Britta Arnold.
