Born in 1996 in the small town of Lipova, Bogdan Marica, alias movve, was fascinated by music from an early age. At the age of two, he relocated to Craiova, the city where he grew up. In 2009, he found Virtual DJ, a computer software that fueled his interest in DJing.  Two years later, he received an opportunity to showcase his talent at a private party, performing on professional players (2x CDJ-100). 

This motivated him to develop a project to specialize in organizing private parties for teenagers in Craiova’s most popular clubs.  After several breaks from the industry, movve made a comeback in 2020 and performed on Summer Spell Craiova’s second stage following his victory at a competition. Aspiring to pursue a professional career, he took a five-year break but rediscovered his passion in the summer of 2024, inspired by the rise of Afro-House, House, and Melodic-Techno music.  

With the renewed determination, he became a resident DJ at Viva Summer Pool, which is located close to Craiova, in a matter of a month. Soon after that, he began getting invitations for private parties.  With a rapidly growing passion for music, movve tries to mark his style in the love of house music.
