This is the first version, listen also to the #2.
My constraint was to modulate minor/Major via the dominante. 
In the next version there is more contrast between the 2 parts.

Switch minor/Major via the dominante.
C / C / F / G7
Cm / Cm / Fm / G7

The constraint was to modulate, then I had the idea for the theme on the minor part. The Major part took more time and hesitations. I added lots of notes in minutes and took days to go back to some clarity.

so here is my interpretation It is always challenging to play chords you are not used to.

The intro is in the upper neck.
Then a funny citation 
Then a chromatic descending in the high
Then a diatonic descending in the middle (D string) (with a Twin Peaks feel, so I played it twice ...)
