My son an I were looking through my high school year book and I was pointing out to him people I knew. We came to the picture of a girl with whom I was particularly close. We were friends but I loved her dearly.
He said "Well dad she's not the most gorgeous girl in the class but she's pretty. She looks like the girl next door." So I thought the girls/women who got passed over because they weren't Brooke Shields deserve recognition too.

This is the first track I recorded after suffering and convalescing from an ischemic stroke. It's very pop but the lyrics reflect the idea that self destruction is a catalyst for personal change.

When I was a young boy I fell in love with my first TV crush. For most of my friends it was either Jeannie from I Dream of Jeannie, or Marcia Brady, or some other.  For me it was Morticia Addams. I always thought that she was the apex of beauty and elegance.
