This is a song a produced on a cold day in December in my little home studio while trying to kill some recurring homesickness. I think it turned out alright. Nothing's ever finished though. Lol. Thanks to my talented dear friend Danielle Ariss who lent her beautiful vocals to this one. She's also on some other tracks from my Fighter EP that's on here as well. Since I couldn't get home to Prince Edward Island for his tribute festival(of which he was the original creator and organiser for a decade)I thought it would be nice to dedicate this track to the late Lloyd Doyle, a longtime contributor and friend of the PEI music community.

Tranquilly Not Me(lyrics by David Holady)

Written originally over ten years ago and played with my band Port Citizen, I've been playing this song on acoustic for friends and sometimes live since moving to Korea nine years ago. It means a lot to me because the inspiration and lyrics come from my love of reggae and my best buddies and unreal rhythm section(Jon 'Bonham' Holmes and Peter 'Mr' MacDonald) with whom I used to make music and jam with constantly! Thanks to friends, former bandmates here in Korea, and two amazing Newfie musicians, Brad Wheeler-drums/Real Wheel Studio  and Mike Dowding-bass, I got a great recording of this song at Brad's studio in Gangnam, Seoul. Thanks b'ys!
