Canadian West and Rocky Mountain star, Freddy J got his start in the glory days of vinyl when the starry eyes for Electronic Music were still nestled deep in Canada's underground. Born into the breakbeat culture, with the rise of Electro House, Dubstep and all the new hotness we now just call Bass Music, he has used every opportunity to break what ain't broke and drop the Funk on it. His skills as a DJ has had him touring the largest festivals in Western Canada for a decade including Motion Notion and Shambhala and as a Shambhala fan favourite you can find him rocking the Fractal Forest every year.

After a decade of tours, he's got himself a nice little studio to lock himself away in and after a season of seclusion between the festivals he's ready to drop his debut album on the world. Like We Do takes the funky fresh into the realms of bass and booty shakin' with 6 hot new tracks from the festival season studio sessions. 'A Bit Too Wild' gets the party started with fun vocals as rollin basslines drop us into 'As We Cut it Funky' and it's upbeat arpeggios. 'Funkin Around' keeps that sunshine vibe with sax and vocal hooks over wobbly bass leading to the title track's squelchy Funk vibes and a fresh vocal mix. The EP finishes off with a little Trap-Hybrid, feel good tune with a surprising bridge. Get your Funk on!

All we want is a record label that keeps us knee deep in the underground. Where we don't
have to hunt down all of our favourite genres (and those that aren't even classified) on too
many niche labels to keep track. We want everything we love all in one place and we want
it now. Well after decades of experience locking down the west coast music scene we've
realized that we are now connected personally to all that music. With so many West
Canadian artists rocking stages around the world and even more up and coming every day,
all we want now is to bring that talent to your doorstep.

All I Want sets the tone with as wide a selection as you will come to expect from our
releases ranging through Deep, Progressive and Electro House through Techno, Garage,
Complextro, Breaks and Glitch-Hop. The experimentalism and creativity of these pieces
comes as no surprise being from some of the very best artists right here in our own back
yard. With over a century between them of bringing some of the most interesting acts from
around the world to play for us at clubs in our hometowns to the big stage at our prevalent
