Underbelly - Brainmelt (Bromox Remix)

The whole beat is based on an e-piano playing an arpeggiated F#m9(?) chord, which I overdubbed with a clean guitar.
In 2020, I revisited and resampled the loop, which finally resulted in this remix.

"Chancenverwertung" is one of my favorite songs by german rapper Prezident and I'm glad I finally found a way to embellish one of my instrumentals with his voice.
The scratches / cuts are part of the original track, which was produced by Jay Baez.

Tried to give it my usual twist by changing the drums and focusing more on the melodic elements of the song by adding a guitar here and there.

I'm not a 100% satisfied with the way the drop worked out. Maybe someone has an idea how to improve that part?
