A little trip down nostalgic highway, US1 to be specific to the time when Drive In Theaters were the place to be on the weekend. Down south of Miami on US1 there use to be a Drive In Theater called "The Dixie Drive In". The picture is the actual drive in which was around SW 152nd Street and South Dixie Hwy. (US1 use to be called South Dixie Hwy). The Dixie Drive In Theater is not there any longer but I have a lot of great memories of nights at the Dixie Drive In. Hope you enjoy the look back to a simpler time.
