Mysterious artist with strange name @interesnyeoshchushchenia from Moscow debuting on the Minor Notes Recordings early this autumn! Revnost EP perfectly fits for the start of this melancholic and beautiful season.

MNRD006 was created as a reimagining of the super freaky sound of Russian "Perestroika" popular music and its legacy. Sampling old cassettes in not more than G+ condition from family archives and personal digs, Interesnye Oschuscheniya developed his own style, which is gravitating to house music with a lo-fi filter on it. It is very hard to identify the original tracks where these samples came from, so you can hear only recycled versions in scenes by this unique artist himself. But for a true diggers we can say that you should check libraries of "СОЮЗ" pop label compilations, "Трепанация Ч-Рэпа" mixtapes and 7" vinyls from "Кругозор" magazine issues through the years.

Besides 4 tracks of solid deep and lo-fi influenced house music here you can find a brilliant example of how eclectic Interesnye Oschuscheniya can be. Just try "Eto Prosto Veter" to enter the Jungle side of Minor Notes tastes.

The fourth issue of Festina Lente is hybrid: different styles are intertwined in it, creating a darker and more clubby story this time.  

The episode begins with a hyperpop track by Europa&500 producers, which collides with an experimental UK track by Czech producer Sam Link, several new DNGDNGDNG remixes that took me to the quick, especially "Dime". 

As usual, I will voice a few names, then dive in to enjoy the unusual sound of the experimental club scene: An Avrin, Ido Plumes, Bicep, Bjork, Neana, Kellen303, Ikava Pii.

Festina Lente is a radio show where Lyudmila Severtseva will share the changes in experimental club music that she is tracking.

Errortica’s sets feel like the touch of silk. They’re a skillful and smooth navigation, a dive into an eclectic but delicate selection of vintage gems with a contemporary, sensual and dynamic treatment, never leaving behind the beat. Guitar solos. Acidic twirls. Electro reminiscences. Break with prior conceptions.

Errortica’s relationship with music is a deep, longstanding one - and it shows. Collecting music since an early age, her love for it kept growing and stemming in all directions. Based in Saint-Petersburg, she combines DJing around Russia and Europe with working on her first live show and a few upcoming releases. On the side, she’s also hosting the Melomantica radioshow, in which she explores alongside her favorite artists the intricate connection with the sonic fields.

Саундтрек к капсульной коллекции, посвященной запуску первого искусственного спутника Земли, в рамках кооперации Кружок / Музей Космонавтики.

Все началось с футболки «Русский космос», на которой изображен памятник на Рижской, утопающий в киосках и многоэтажках. 

Русский космос - это не только взлеты и преодоления самого себя, но еще и падения, когда серые девятины становятся выше наших космических ракет. Когда смотришь только вниз, в смартфон, и ничего не замечаешь. 
«Утро космической эры» - так называется экспозиция, в которой представлены экспонаты, посвященные запуску первого искусственного спутника земли. Мы вдохновились инфографикой, траекторией полета спутника - эти элементы вы можете найти на нашей одежде.
