London born reesie has been living in Melbourne for the last few years. He has been running an underground house event and label called "rizound" which has hosted a string of parties all over city and is quickly gaining momentum. 

Despite not entering the dj world until 2 years ago, reesie has held a love for music from an early age, as he was raised by a mother who has a strong passion for all types of music. Ranging from soul, rare groove and reggae on a daily basis so he really had no choice but to fall in love with magic of music. 

Reesie's sound incorporates the sounds of today, but with a touch of yesterday. Whether it's during production or djing, he's never short of a groove or two.

Reesie - Running With Love

Back into the groove with another feature from one of our earliest guests on the show - Redoks! The Dutch DJ duo based in Utrecht in the Netherlands spinning a collection of house and afrobeats with funky jazzy disco influence.

From a young age house music has been Redoks bread & butter but as they have grown they have expanded their interest to more genres. Playing Disco, Tech-House, Techno, Soul & Funk but their love for house music shines on through.

They started mixing music together at the age of 16, making mixtapes and playing a few parties which led on to performing in numerous clubs around Utrecht. They are also the proud owners of Traiectum Podcast who have had some major artists in the past like Krywald & Farrer, Kraak & Smaak, Fouk, Rahaan, LTJ Xperience, DJ Caspa, Tilman & Jacques Renault to name a few. Fire!!!

BBM Vol. 96 - Redoks

Another feature on the show from Paul McGreevy, who between 2018 and now has had a busy and productive period as he launched the Jovial Discotheque in September 2018 which is on an upward path and is evergrowing. He also set up the LJMU Dance Music & DJ Society, teaching and inviting people into the dance music and DJ’ing world, this has also had a great reaction and is growing by the day.

And be sure to keep an ear out for his music blog and podcast series called "Spud, Eggs & Hand Grenades" which he will be co-hosting. This is sure to blow up :)
